Technical Details
The disruption was confined to the BGP control plane. The BGP signal, which measures the visibility of network routing announcements, recorded a median drop of 2% from its peak during the observation window. Other key connectivity signals, including active probing for IPv4 reachability (ping-slash24) and traffic volume (gtr-norm), showed minor fluctuations but no significant correlated outages. The cause has not been publicly attributed.
Network connectivity was reported restored following the two-hour event.
