Technical Details
The BGP signal, which measures the control plane visibility of a country’s announced IP prefixes, showed a drop in the median number of visible prefixes. The signal recorded a 1% drop from its peak during the observation window. Other network telemetry signals, including active probing for IPv4 reachability and backscatter measurements, showed minor fluctuations but no significant correlated degradation. The cause has not been publicly attributed.
Connectivity was reported restored by the end of the observation period.
