The BGP signal recorded a median value drop of 1% from its peak during the observation window.
Concurrently, other network health indicators showed minor deviations. The ping-slash24 signal, which measures ICMP reachability across IPv4 network blocks, showed a 7% drop in activity. The Merit Network Telescope (merit-nt) signal, a proxy for overall connectivity, recorded a more significant 61% decline in observed traffic backscatter. The cause has not been publicly attributed.
