The BGP signal, which measures the control plane visibility of network prefixes, recorded a severity score of 1,474 during the event. This signal showed a median value of 41,174 visible prefixes, with a peak-to-trough drop magnitude of 0% from its maximum observed value of 41,269.

Other measurement signals showed varying impacts. The gtr-norm signal, which tracks deviation from an expected traffic baseline, recorded a 32% drop from its peak. The merit-nt signal, a proxy for aggregate connectivity, showed a 27% drop from its peak. The ping-slash24 signal, which measures ICMP reachability across IPv4 network blocks, showed a more modest 4% drop in reachability.
