Technical Details

The disruption recorded a severity score of 66. The primary affected signal was the BGP median, which measures the control plane visibility of the country’s internet routing prefixes. This signal showed a 2% drop from its peak value during the observation period. Other network telemetry signals, including active probing for IPv4 reachability and backscatter measurements, showed lesser deviations and remained largely stable.
