The disruption registered a severity score of 53. The primary affected signal was BGP, which measures the control plane visibility and stability of advertised internet routes. During the event, the number of visible BGP routes dropped by 4% from its peak.

Other measurement signals showed varying impacts. The gtr signal, a forecast deviation from expected traffic, recorded a 56% drop from its peak. The merit-nt backscatter measurement, an aggregate connectivity proxy, showed a 100% drop to zero. The ping-slash24 signal, which measures ICMP reachability across IPv4 network blocks, showed a more modest 5% reduction in reachability.
