Other network health indicators showed concurrent declines. The gtr-norm signal, which measures deviation from expected traffic volume, dropped by 48% from its peak. The merit-nt signal, a proxy for aggregate connectivity, fell by 39% from its peak. In contrast, data plane signals for IPv4 reachability (ping-slash24) and latency showed only minor fluctuations of 3% or less.
