The signal’s median value dropped by 57% from its peak during the event. Other measurement signals, including traffic volume (gtr) and backscatter data (merit-nt), also showed concurrent declines of 24% and 64%, respectively. The Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) control plane, which advertises network routes, remained stable throughout the observation window.
