The disruption occurred between 16:15 and 20:30 UTC. The BGP signal, which measures the visibility of network prefixes in the global routing table, recorded a severity score of 2,951. The signal showed a 13% drop from its peak value during the observation window. Concurrently, the ping-slash24 signal, which measures ICMP reachability across IPv4 address blocks, showed a 29% drop from its peak, though it did not trigger a separate high-severity alert.
The cause has not been publicly attributed.
