The disruption was recorded as two distinct periods of degradation between 09:50 and 12:30 UTC.

Technical Details

The disruption registered a severity score of 231, with the most significant degradation occurring in the latter period from 10:40 to 12:30 UTC. The BGP signal, which measures the stability of routing announcements and control plane visibility for network prefixes, showed a drop in its median value. Concurrently, other measurement signals indicated related connectivity impacts. The ping-slash24 signal, which measures ICMP reachability across IPv4 network blocks, showed a 13% drop from its peak. The Merit-nt backscatter measurement, an aggregate proxy for connectivity, recorded a 91% drop from its peak value.
