The ping-slash24 signal, which measures ICMP reachability across active IPv4 /24 prefixes, recorded a 29% drop in its metric. The gtr-norm signal, a forecast deviation from expected traffic baselines, fell by 27%. The merit-nt signal, a backscatter-based aggregate connectivity proxy, showed a more pronounced 57% decline during the observation window.
