The disruption occurred between 07:20 and 07:40 UTC on July 9, 2026. The event registered a severity score of 222, with the BGP signal showing an 11% drop from its peak visibility. This signal measures the number of network prefixes visible in the global routing table from within the country. Other key connectivity metrics, including active probing for IPv4 reachability and backscatter traffic measurements, showed minimal deviation during the same observation window from 02:30 to 08:30 UTC.
The cause has not been publicly attributed. Connectivity was reported restored following the brief event.
