The disruption was recorded with a severity score of 49. The primary affected signal was BGP, which measures the stability of routing announcements and control plane visibility for the country’s network prefixes. During the event, the BGP signal recorded a minimal drop magnitude of -1% from its peak. Other network health indicators, including active probing for reachability and traffic volume forecasts, showed no significant correlated degradation.
