Other network telemetry signals, including traffic volume forecasts and backscatter measurements, also recorded concurrent declines, with drops ranging from 25% to 40% from their respective peaks. Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) control plane visibility remained largely stable, showing only a 1% deviation.
