The disruption registered a severity score of 268. The primary affected signal was the BGP median, which measures the control plane visibility of announced internet prefixes. The signal recorded a drop of approximately 2% from its peak value during the event window. Other network telemetry signals, including active probing for IPv4 reachability and backscatter measurements, showed minimal deviation, indicating the issue was largely confined to the routing control plane.
The cause has not been publicly attributed. Connectivity was reported restored by the end of the observation period.
