Technical Details
The BGP signal, which measures the visibility of network prefixes in the global routing table, recorded a severity score of 132. The signal showed a 2% drop from its peak value during the observation window from 14:30 to 20:30 UTC. The disruption period was recorded between 19:10 and 20:30 UTC. Other network telemetry signals, including active probing for IPv4 reachability and backscatter measurements, showed lesser concurrent deviations.
The cause has not been publicly attributed.
Connectivity was reported restored by the end of the observation period.
