The Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) signal, which measures the visibility of network prefixes in the internet’s routing system, recorded a severity score of 136,241. The ping-slash24 signal, which measures ICMP reachability across IPv4 network blocks, recorded a severity score of 361,462. Both signals showed a sustained drop in their respective metrics for the duration of the event.
