The disruption occurred between 15:15 and 15:35 UTC. The BGP signal, which measures the visibility of network prefixes to the global routing table, recorded a severity score of 22 during the event. This indicates a measurable reduction in routing announcements from networks within the country.

Concurrently, a separate backscatter measurement signal, which serves as a proxy for aggregate network activity, showed a complete 100% drop from its peak. The ping-slash24 signal, which measures ICMP reachability across IPv4 address blocks, showed an 8% reduction in reachability. The cause has not been publicly attributed.

Connectivity was reported restored following the brief event.
