The BGP signal, which measures the visibility of network prefixes to the global routing table, showed a median prefix count drop of 5% from its peak during the event. Other key network health indicators, including active probing for IPv4 reachability and traffic volume forecasts, remained stable throughout the observation window.
The cause has not been publicly attributed. No related incidents affecting submarine cables or local infrastructure were reported in the preceding week.
