The event lasted approximately one hour and fifteen minutes, starting at 15:15 UTC and concluding by 16:30 UTC. The disruption was characterized by a degradation in the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) signal.

Technical Details

The event registered a severity score of 100. The affected bgp.median signal measures the stability of routing announcements for the country’s IP address prefixes, indicating a reduction in control plane visibility. Concurrently, the ping-slash24 signal, which measures ICMP reachability across active IPv4 address blocks, showed a 10% drop from its peak. The merit-nt backscatter measurement, an aggregate proxy for overall connectivity, recorded a complete drop to zero during the event.

The cause has not been publicly attributed.

Connectivity was reported restored by the end of the observation period.
