The disruption registered a severity score of 6,038. The most affected metric was the ping-slash24 signal, which measures ICMP reachability across IPv4 /24 network prefixes. This signal showed a 69% drop from its peak value during the observation window.
Other network signals also showed deviations. The Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) signal, which reflects control plane visibility for network prefixes, saw an 18% decline.
