This metric recorded a drop in reachability of up to 26% from its peak during the observation window. Backscatter measurements, a proxy for aggregate connectivity, also showed a concurrent drop of 26%.
Other network telemetry remained stable. Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) control plane visibility showed no significant changes, indicating no major routing announcements or withdrawals. Traffic volume, as measured by the gtr-norm signal, saw a minor deviation of 7% from its expected baseline.
The cause has not been publicly attributed. Connectivity was reported restored by the end of the observation window.
