Technical Details
The event recorded a severity score of 33,510. The primary affected signal was the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), which measures the control plane visibility of network prefixes. BGP visibility was observed at a consistent, reduced level of 99 visible prefixes throughout the event, representing a 0% drop from its peak but a significant deviation from the country’s baseline.
Other network health indicators also showed declines. Active probing for ICMP reachability across IPv4 /24 prefixes showed a 14% reduction from its peak. A separate traffic volume signal recorded a 75% drop from its observed peak during the period.
The cause has not been publicly attributed.
