The primary affected metric was the BGP median signal, which measures the control plane visibility of the country’s internet prefixes. The disruption period was recorded from 08:10 UTC on July 26 to 00:30 UTC on August 9, a duration of approximately 13.7 days. Other network signals, including active probing for IPv4 reachability and backscatter traffic measurements, showed less pronounced deviations during the same observation window.
The cause has not been publicly attributed.
Connectivity was reported restored at the end of the observation period.
