The ping-slash24 signal, which measures ICMP reachability across IPv4 network blocks, showed a 71% drop from its peak, falling to a minimum of 259 responsive blocks. The BGP control plane signal, indicating routing visibility for network prefixes, recorded an 18% decline. Backscatter measurements from the Merit Network Telescope also indicated a 71% drop in aggregate connectivity traffic.
