The BGP signal recorded a severity score of 849 during the 3.8-hour event. Concurrently, a 6% drop was observed in active probing measurements, which test the reachability of IP address blocks. A separate traffic forecast model also registered a significant 59% deviation from its expected baseline for the region.
Connectivity was reported restored by the end of the observation period.
