The signal recorded a severity score of 2,610, with reachability dropping by up to 33% from its peak during the event. The degradation occurred in two distinct periods: from 18:00 to 19:10 UTC and again from 19:20 to 20:00 UTC.
Other signals showed varied impacts. The gtr-norm signal, a normalized measure of traffic volume, dropped by 24% from its peak. The merit-nt signal, a backscatter-based proxy for aggregate connectivity, fell to zero during the disruption. Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) control plane visibility remained stable throughout the event, showing no significant prefix withdrawal activity.
