The gtr.sarima signal, which forecasts deviations from an expected traffic baseline, showed a 71% drop from its peak. The merit-nt signal, a backscatter measurement used as a proxy for aggregate connectivity, recorded a 56% drop from its peak. The BGP control plane signal, which measures routing visibility for prefixes, remained stable throughout the event. The cause has not been publicly attributed.
