The primary affected signals were ping-slash24, which measures ICMP reachability across IPv4 network blocks, and BGP, which reflects the stability of routing announcements. The ping-slash24 signal recorded a severity score of 421,984, while the BGP signal recorded a score of 159,053.
Supplementary measurements showed a 29% drop from peak in the gtr traffic signal and a 65% deviation from the expected traffic baseline indicated by the gtr-sarima forecast. Backscatter measurements from the ucsd-nt signal, a proxy for aggregate connectivity, fell by 32% from their peak.
