Technical Details
The disruption recorded a severity score of 259. The BGP signal, which measures the visibility of network routing prefixes on the global internet, showed a 4% drop from its peak during the observation period. Concurrently, the ping-slash24 signal, which measures ICMP reachability across IPv4 network blocks, showed a more significant 57% drop in activity. The merit-nt signal, a proxy for aggregate connectivity, dropped to zero during the event.
The cause has not been publicly attributed.
Network conditions were reported as restored by the end of the observation window.
