The disruption recorded a severity score of 371, primarily impacting the BGP signal. The BGP signal measures the control plane visibility and routing stability of a country’s internet prefixes. During the event, the number of visible BGP routes dropped by approximately 2% from its peak. Other network telemetry signals, including active probing for IPv4 reachability and traffic volume forecasts, showed minor fluctuations but no major concurrent outages.

The cause has not been publicly attributed.
