The disruption occurred between 19:15 and 19:30 UTC on August 16. The primary affected metric was the BGP median signal, which measures the control plane visibility of network prefixes. The event recorded a severity score of 28. During the same observation window, other connectivity signals, including active probing for IPv4 reachability and traffic volume forecasts, showed minor fluctuations but no significant degradation.
The cause has not been publicly attributed. Connectivity was reported restored following the brief event.
