The gtr-norm signal, which tracks deviations from expected traffic baselines, also showed a 66% drop. Control plane visibility via BGP and active reachability probing across IPv4 networks remained largely stable, showing minimal change.
The cause has not been publicly attributed. Connectivity was reported restored by the end of the observation period.
