Technical Details
The overall disruption severity score reached 5,480,572. The primary technical impact was measured on the ping-slash24 signal, which records ICMP reachability across IPv4 network prefixes. This signal recorded a severity score of 3,983, with reachability dropping by up to 56% from its peak during a core period between 18:40 and 21:20 UTC. Concurrently, the BGP signal, which reflects the stability of network routing announcements, showed a separate disruption with a severity score of 1,376 lasting the full event duration.
The cause has not been publicly attributed.
Connectivity was reported restored by the end of the observation period.
