This signal showed four separate degradation periods with scores ranging from 667 to 2,143.
Other network measurements showed varied impacts. The gtr signal, a forecast deviation from expected traffic baseline, recorded a 33% drop from its peak. The merit-nt backscatter measurement, an aggregate connectivity proxy, showed a 100% drop from its peak value. The Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) control plane, which manages routing visibility for network prefixes, remained stable throughout the event.
