The disruption occurred between 12:10 UTC on July 9 and 00:30 UTC on July 10. The primary affected signal was the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) median, which measures the control plane visibility for network prefixes. The BGP signal recorded a severity score of 5,876 during the event. Other data plane signals, including ICMP reachability across IPv4 prefixes, showed minimal deviation from baseline levels.

The cause has not been publicly attributed.

Network conditions were reported as restored at the end of the observation period.
